This app is designed to solve and graph different CPU Scheduling algorithms. The app plots the values in a bar graph and provides the algorithm that computes the average waiting and turnaround time. The app is easy to use and does not require an internet connection.
CPU scheduling is an essential process that allows one process to use the CPU while the execution of another process is on hold due to the unavailability of any resource like I/O, thereby making full use of the CPU. The aim of CPU scheduling is to make the system efficient, fast, and fair. The app contains six CPU Scheduling algorithms, including First Come First Serve, Shortest Remaining First (Preemptive), Shortest Process First (Non-preemptive), Round Robin, Priority (Preemptive), and Priority (Non-preemptive). The app also contains a "Generate" button to populate sample values to try different algorithms immediately.
